That’s about a square meter per minute. And it’s more precise, with a minimum droplet size of 5PL, so even at higher speeds, the detail stays sharp.

Is It Easy to Use?

We’ve focused a lot on making this machine stable and low-maintenance.

Crash protection: Sensors on both ends of the printhead detect obstacles and trigger an emergency stop if material lifts up—saving your printhead from damage.

Auto height detection: Whether you’re printing on a 1mm sheet or a 100mm thick object, the machine measures the height and adjusts automatically.

Ink level alerts: When ink runs low, the system warns you and can even refill automatically—no unexpected stops in the middle of a job.

Vacuum table: The material stays flat and secure with four independently controlled zones, so even large or oddly shaped pieces don’t shift during printing.

How’s the Print Quality?

The Ricoh G6 printhead supports resolutions up to 1440dpi, and with variable droplet technology, you get smooth gradients and solid, rich colors.

We offer CMYK + white + varnishas standard, with optional light colors if needed.  

The white ink circulates to prevent sedimentation, and the ink goes through two-stage filtration to drastically reduce clogging.  

For color management, it works with professional RIP software like MAINTOP and ONYX, fully compliant with ICC standards—so what you see on screen is what you get.

Do You Need Special Skills to Run It?

Not really.  

It’s a one-person operation, and most people get the hang of it in about 30 minutes.

Everything is controlled from a computer. Once your design is saved, you can pull it up and print again anytime.  

Unlike screen printing—where you have to deal with plates, registration, messy cleanup, and strong chemical smells—this machine uses  UV ink that’s VOC-free, low-odor, and environmentally friendly.
